I spent the last decade becoming an expert in sustainable high performance for professionals.
My background is as a client-facing partner and a People Partner at KPMG.
I have worked with some of the biggest companies in the world, and some of the fastest growing startups.
I have coached or mentored over 250 people, and worked with over 100 senior executives.
I have used what I have learned to significantly increase my own impact, income, and free time.
I have significant executive experience, having held the positions of both Chief Operating Officer and People Partner for a major division of KPMG. I understand the demands and challenges faced by those with significant leadership responsibilities.
I also understand how to deal with and lead through change. I significantly improved employee performance, employee retention, staff survey results, and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity metrics. This was alongside a doubling of the size of the division over four years.
I now coach senior executives to help them achieve even greater success.
I also write and speak about how leaders, professionals, and founders can be happier and more fulfilled by changing how they work.
“I would definitely recommend Mostyn for anyone interested in both personal and professional development as a highly engaging, personable, and empathetic coach.”
